Support is an investment, not a grant. Equity participation is capped at 5%, secured via a founder-friendly Engagement Letter.
Hybrid. Screening and much of the 12-week delivery run remote; the Bootcamp and Demo Days are held in person in Dhahran.
No. We welcome local and international founders. The requirement is a willingness to relocate to Dhahran and commit a minimum of 12 months to operating and scaling within Saudi Arabia.
We provide visa application assistance, subsidized international flights, and arranged housing (KFUPM or external facilities) for up to two co-founders during physical sprints.
You do. Full and uncontested IP ownership of the technology you submit is required to apply, and it stays yours throughout the program.
No. We require a balanced team with an in-house technical CTO. Solo founders and teams relying on fully outsourced tech are not eligible.
That's fine. You'll need the legal right or administrative clearance to establish a commercial entity in KSA, since the program requires operating and scaling from Dhahran.
SAR 200,000 per startup: SAR 100,000 in dedicated funding for product development, legal, and logistics support, plus SAR 100,000 in in-kind venture-development support, secured via a 5%-capped future equity agreement.

Applications close October 4, 2026. They are reviewed on a rolling basis, so early submissions are strongly encouraged.
